- You need Adobe Acrobat Reader (a free program) to access this application. If you don't have Acrobat Reader, click on the button to the left to download a free copy from Adobe.
- After clicking on our application to the left, the form will open on your screen. Fill out the application by typing in your answers. Be sure to answer everything completely and accurately. When finished, print the application out and sign where indicated.
- Bring the application and the $40 application fee with you when you preview the property. You can also fax it to our office at (253) 770-7207. If the application is faxed, we cannot process it until we receive the $40 per person application fee. You can also pay your application fees via
