The Lease to
Own!™ plan is simple...you find one of our beautiful homes to
lease. During the period you lease (depending on the program you
choose) from 20% - 50% of your monthly lease payment will be
applied to your purchase. Should you choose to buy the home,
your first step will be contacting a lender of your choice and
obtain financing. At closing, your lease credit is applied to
your down payment, closing costs or a reduction in the purchase
price. Application of this lease credit depends upon your
lender's rules and requirements.

page, please request information for future available homes and
homes currently under construction. Please note, Lease to Own!™
homes, both current and future properties, are exclusive to the
